Maria Harrington, FNTP, IC-FHS


Maria is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), IAFHH certified Functional Hormone Specialist (IC-FHS), and POP Pilates Master Trainer based in Florida. She has been studying nutrition and teaching group fitness classes since 2008.

Maria attended University of California, Santa Barbara where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and Minor in Exercise and Sports Studies in 2010. She graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2018 and from the Functional Women’s Academy in 2021. Her continuing education in nutrition includes functional endocrinology, reproductive health, neuro-nutritional therapy, metabolic pathways, and mitochondrial function.
